Julia is a rhetorical consultant. She is passionate about people's communicative development and through rhetoric she contributes with practical tools that work. She tailors lectures, workshops and training for universities, companies, non-profit organizations and individuals.
Sarah Kok

Sarah has international experience in Marketing Communications - based in Sweden, the UK and China. For the last three years, she has been focusing on FinTech and has been an integral part of building the Instantor brand and helping take Näktergal to the next level.


Marie Ideström
CEO AND FOUNDER OF THE WOMENGINEER FOUNDATION
With +10 years of experience in the product development sector, Marie Ideström is now full-time CEO of her own startup foundation Womengineer. The mission is to ensure that everyone has the prerequisites to reach their potential. More specifically, by inspiring and informing women about engineering, Womengineer want to remove outdated perceptions about who can become an engineer and what it means to be one. Womengineer is also the initiator of the annual event Introduce a Girl to Engineering day (IGEday).

I have always been extremely passionate about Diversity & Inclusion and have been driving impactful activities for the last 20+ years locally as well as globally. Now at Microsoft, I am one of several D&I ambassadors driving awareness under the umbrella of "bring your whole self to work" focusing on Ethnicity, Race and Faith. My core belief is that every organisation needs to empower their employees as well as the society in which they operate towards more inclusion and acceptance of minority perspectives. We need to go from tolerating and accepting to celebrating our differences.

Ben is an International Talent Acquisition Manager with both agency and in-house background. He has a passion for Inclusion and Diversity, direct headhunting, though also well-accustomed to employer branding projects, campus relations and implementing new global recruitment strategies.
Aaron Kroon

Aaron Kroon is one of the leading voices for diversity and inclusion in Swedish business. He has 20+ years of experience in leadership from a variety of industries and he uses his personal experiences of being gay and black in executive positions at for example ICA, Vattenfall and Schibsted to break barriers and challenge the norm. In 2021 Aaron was awarded Unionens LGBTQ+ prize for creating the most inclusive workplace in Sweden and in 2022 he is shortlisted as the Swedish role model of the year by the Diversity Index Award. Aaron is Nordic People & Culture Director at Schibsted and also President of Schibsted LGBTQ+ ERG.


Lindsay Hedenskog
CEO/CO-FOUNDER AT LAMB
Lindsay Hedenskog is CEO and co-founder of LAMB, a workspace that's living proof of what sustainable work can actually look like. She's a speaker, marketing and branding expert and a personal growth junkie. In her previous life, she was a consultant for the biggest companies in the Nordics and beyond and a former Associated Press journalist in NYC and Bangkok. Now she's on a mission with LAMB to create work environments that sustain people, help them grow, and give them the opportunity to thrive.
